I brought a cheap phone

My clumsy ass managed to drop and break my second phone in a row. Previously it was beloved pixel 3a, this time my pixel 6a.

As you can see in the photos the screen is smashed in the bottom right, it looks like some moisture worked its way inside and is slowly destroyed the AMOLED panel underneath.

Given a full repair / screen replacement would cost similar to a brand new device, I opted to go out and just buy a new phone.

Given my history, I decided I can't be trusted going out and buying a brand new expensive handset. Instead I wanted to get my hands on a more budget friendly option.

After doing a bit of research I was impressed by this review of the Moto G35 5G, so went out and I picked one up.

I have to say I'm pretty impressed. In total it cost me around £110 and came with a charger + screen protector thrown in.
